X Appeal is my term for the thing that sets you apart and makes your clients choose YOU.
It's the differentiator. And it sits at the intersection of your brand, your visibility and what you speak about (your messaging). It could be your personality (if you have one), your level of expertise and execution, your processes and systems, the speed of service, the customer experience, even your price point.

GEEKY BIT - when we look at the operations side of a business, we are looking at the process of transformation - how your clients go from where they are now to where they want to be using your service. I didn't plan this. Life just made it very clear it was time.
I've spent most of my life being told - directly or otherwise - to tone it down, toe the line and be grateful for what's in front of me.
I was a working class girl who was "destined" to go to Cambridge. Who spent twenty years in law when I wanted to write and perform. Who sang on stages professionally, performed burlesque and cabaret internationally, and somewhere in all of that, never quite stopped believing that voice - real, original, unapologetic voice - was the whole point.
I'm Kim. Visibility strategist, speaker, master's student, recovering people-pleaser and one of the loudest advocates for women who are done negotiating with their potential.
I built Next Level Woman because the online space was making me furious. The conformity. The mimicry. The idea parasitism. The sea of sameness dressed up as expertise. I've invested in coaching before and not seen the results I hoped for. How is this different?
Most coaching focuses on strategy without addressing identity - and that's where it falls flat. You can have the best marketing plan in the world, but if you're still showing up like the woman who undercharges and over-explains, the strategy won't stick. My work starts with who you are becoming, then builds the strategy around that. It's the difference between doing the work and actually shifting.
