When I lost my mum in November 2024, everything shifted.
It genuinely hit me hard, and I realised if nothing is promised so today has to count.
Now, I am not afraid of change. Far from it! I am not adverse to taking a risk. I had already walked away from a 20-year career in law I was never really that arsed about, pivoted into marketing, and three-months after losing my mum, I handed in my notice from a job that was making me miserable, with no clear plan and zero safety net.
Wild? Absolutely. Worth it? Absolutely.
If you're new to my world, I'm Kim. Visibility strategist, speaker, diagnosed ADHDer, working class girl, professional singer, and one of the loudest advocates for women who are done negotiating with their potential. Because I have been stuck on the sidelines in supporting character energy. I know those feels.
I built Next Level Woman because I knew there was more to me. I had always dubbed myself a serial "underachiever". I was not allowing myself to reach my potential. Holding myself back. Sabotaging myself. Playing small. All the while, supporting and encouraging other people to achieve their version of success, but making sure I stayed in struggle. Why? It was familiar. It felt safe.
It dawned on me that I was stuck in a system that required me to stay there. I had been conditioned - and I suspect generations of my family had been conditioned before - to stay small, down at heel, within the working class, to not earn illogical sums of money, to not improve my life for me and my family, to not feel worthy of more.
And I have never been one to conform. So I began the great undoing. And I took one brave step towards choosing me.
Success and expansion require us to embody that Next Level Woman now. It's time to claim the life you want, and not just settling for the one we have by default.
I'm a diagnosed ADHDer, probably also autistic, definitely perimenopausal, physically disabled, overweight, and I hve a processing disorder that affects my speech.
Why am I listing all of that? Not so you can sell me a diet plan or a miracle cure. For context.
Speaking on stages is not easy for me. People assume it is because I do it well. But I have a full banquet of excuses raring to go to keep me on those sidelines, full of stage envy.
But - if I can do this, so can you.
I left employment in March 2025 and was rawdogging it for the first 9 months or so. I spent that first year going all in on personal branding and visibility - two things it turned out I'm bloody good at. Good enough to win a Flamingo Business Award.
Speaker invitations started landing. Podcasts. Panels. Stages.
Something clicked.
I have trained my entire life for this - persuasion and presentation through law, stage presence through years as a professional international singer and burlesque and cabaret performer. People kept asking me to teach them that energy. For a long time, I said no. How do I bottle up who I am??
But I am not helping people to be like me. I am helping them up to their next level of visibility and be chosen by teaching them the skills I have.
But I'm done making myself small to make other people comfortable. And I am ready to embrace the value in my natural talents. LFG.

Next Level Woman exists for the women doing things differently. The ones building their own lane instead of borrowing someone else's. The ones who show up with a point of view, a personality and a presence that is entirely, undeniably theirs.
This is not about chasing stardom. I am not here to make you famous. I am here to make you effective and help you get chosen.
I am here to change opinions on ego, arrogance and celebrating ourselves. I am here to build a space for those need a leg up, those with talent but no budget, those who are just starting out, those who have important things to say.
Next Level Woman is about embodying the woman you already know you are so you show up confidently, unfuckwithably (it's a word), and help the people looking for someone just like you. No one can find you if they don't know where you are.
It's not about changing who you fundamentally are. It's about embodying your potential and believing you are worthy of the opportunities you are about to claim. You are whoever you believe you are.
Your people are already looking for someone who does what you do the way you do it. Not a more palatable version of you . Not a you that has studied the competition and adjusted accordingly. Just you - fully expressed, completely clear on your value and utterly unbothered by anyone else's lane.natural talents. LFG.
To help ambitious women become category-of-one and completely unignorable - so premium clients find them, pay them properly, and success stops feeling like a distant possibility and starts feeling like the only logical outcome. Because backing yourself isn't a luxury. It's the decision that changes everything.
A world where women and girls choose themselves first — and redefine what success actually looks like on their own terms. Where talent gets seen regardless of background, budget or postcode. Where the rooms, stages and platforms that shape careers are accessible, representative and built for the women who were told this wasn't for them.
Especially those women.
Connection
Real, human, no-BS connection between women who are done shrinking. The kind that opens doors, sparks ideas and reminds you that you were never alone in this. We celebrate wins, borrow each other's confidence when our own runs low and hold each other accountable without shame or hierarchy. The goal is always to leave you more capable, more certain and more you than when we started.
Authenticity , Originality & Creativity
Your voice, your ideas, your lane. The world doesn't need another carbon copy and you were never built to be one. Your quirks are not liabilities. Your personality is not unprofessional. The parts of you that feel too much, too loud or too different? Those are exactly the parts worth amplifying. We don't do boredinary. We don't do copy-paste. We don't do shrinking to fit a room that was never built for us anyway. Originality isn't a nice-to-have - it's the whole point.
Be Unapologetically You
You were not built to blend in. The version of you that holds back, tones it down and plays it safe for the comfort of other people? That's not professionalism - that's self-abandonment. Show up as the full, unfiltered, unignorable version of yourself and watch what becomes possible. Your weird is your edge. Own it.
Empowerment Through Sharing Knowledge
Keeping what you know to yourself is so last century. The rising tide lifts all boats — and that means sharing what you know, opening doors and actively creating pathways for the women behind you. Real empowerment builds belief, not dependency. The goal is always to leave you more capable, more certain and more you than when we started.
Confidence Building for Women
Done negotiating with your potential. Confidence isn't something you're born with - it's something you build, and it's something every woman in this space deserves access to. No inflated promises. No manipulative tactics. No performative perfection dressed up as inspiration. What you see is what you get - real, raw, high-integrity and entirely consistent whether the camera is on or not. Because trust is built in the unpolished moments, not the highlight reel.
Social Mobility and Opportunity for Women from Poorer Backgrounds
Talent is everywhere. Opportunity is not. Doors don't open themselves - and some were never built with you in mind. We kick down the ones that need kicking, open the ones we can and actively refuse to hoard what we know, who we know or what we've built. Wealth and ambition were never meant for just some of us. We build for the working class woman with the biggest ideas and the smallest budget. We build for the one who showed up anyway. Access isn't a bonus. It's a baseline.
