FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
I know I need help with my marketing, but I don't actually know what I need. Is that a problem?
Not at all. In fact, that’s often exactly where I come in. You might know that your marketing feels inconsistent, you’re not getting enough enquiries, your website isn’t pulling its weight or you’re spending far too much time trying to work out what to do next. We’ll look at what’s working, what’s missing and where the biggest opportunities are - then focus on the things that will actually move the needle.
Can't I just do my own marketing?
Of course you can! You can also learn SEO, build funnels, write email sequences, create content, manage a CRM and redesign your own website.
The better question is whether that’s where your time and energy are best spent. You started your business to do the thing you’re brilliant at - not to accidentally become its part-time marketing department.
What if I've worked with marketers before and it didn't feel like me?
Then you’ll probably understand why I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all marketing; the very essence of being human is that we are all different and like different things. Good marketing should connect with your ideal clients, communicate what makes you different and still feel natural enough for you to sustain. I won’t force you into tactics that make you cringe every time you use them. If it gives you the ick, it probably needs binning!
Do I need ongoing support, or would a one-off project be enough?
It depends on what’s actually holding you back. Sometimes you need clarity and a stronger strategy. Sometimes you need help with a specific project, like your website, brand, customer journey or email marketing. And sometimes the bigger issue is that nobody is really steering the marketing. We’ll work out what level of support makes sense for where your business is now.
Will you take over my marketing, or do I still need to be involved?
You’ll still be involved where your knowledge, voice and decisions matter. But you shouldn’t have to carry every marketing decision, task and idea around in your head.
Depending on how we work together, I can support with strategy, planning, implementation, creative work and systems - taking more of the marketing load off your shoulders while keeping you involved where it counts.
What will actually change if we work together?
The aim isn’t just to make your marketing look prettier. It’s to make your business easier for the right people to understand, remember, trust and choose. That could mean clearer positioning, stronger visibility, more consistent marketing, a better customer journey and more enquiries from the people you actually want to work with. And ideally, far less time spent wondering what the hell you’re supposed to be doing next!
Is my business big enough for this kind of support?
You don’t need a huge team or massive turnover. Fractional support can make a lot of sense when your business is already established, but your marketing is inconsistent, reactive or still heavily dependent on you. If you’re at the point where growth is starting to demand more structure and direction, that’s usually a pretty good sign!
What if I'm not ready to outsource everything yet?
You don’t have to! We can start with the biggest gap, bottleneck or opportunity and build from there. You might need strategy first, help with one specific area or a clearer plan before you commit to anything bigger.
Good support should make your business feel lighter and clearer - not like you’ve just created another massive project to manage!

Accessibility and inclusion are really important to us, and we are committed to choosing venues and creating events that are as accessible as possible.
This particular venue does have a mezzanine floor which is not fully accessible, and we’d like to make good use of this additional space rather than leave it sitting empty.
We have 10 Next Level Exhibitor spaces in total:
8 spaces on the mezzanine, alongside our designated Calm Corner, and 2 exhibitor spaces downstairs.
If you have accessibility requirements or would prefer a downstairs exhibitor space, please let us know when you book.
