Next Level Woman® is my business.

Fractional Marketing Exec, Creative Marketing Strategist and Community Builder is my game.

I help brilliant women grow businesses people recognise, remember and choose - without having to become a part-time marketing manager to make it happen.

Because somewhere along the way, running your own business became about doing all the jobs.

No wonder you're overwhelmed!

And the worst bit? Being brilliant at what you do isn't enough if the right people don't understand why they should choose you.

That's where I come in.

I help action-taking, change-making entrepreneurs work out what's missing, what's muddled and what's wasting their time - then build the marketing, positioning and visibility needed to turn expertise into recognition, demand and income.

Sometimes...

that means sharpening your personal brand.

Sometimes...

it means fixing the customer journey, marketing strategy or systems behind the scenes.

Sometimes...

it means taking the whole marketing headache off your plate so you feel less overwhelmed and have more time to enjoy the freedom you started the whole damn business for.

Scaling your business shouldn't require you to retrain for a second career you never wanted.

You stay in your zone of genius.

I'll help make sure the right people know about it.

  • Connection-led marketing
  • Strategic visibility
  • Distinctive branding

Turn being brilliant into being known, chosen and paid.

This isn't about doing more. It's about making sure the right things are working harder.

You don't need to shout louder, post more or perform for the algorithm. You need clarity, distinction and connection.

Good marketing isn't about broadcasting at people. It's about helping the right people recognise themselves in what you say, understand why you're different and trust that you're the person they want to work with.

And I want you doing that in a way that actually feels good to you.

If it gives you the ick, it goes in the bin.

We'll amplify what sets you apart, build genuine rapport with the people you want to reach and focus your marketing around the things you actually enjoy and can sustain.

So you're not just showing up.
You're creating connection, building recognition and becoming the obvious choice.

Kim Antrobus is the creative genius behind the whole rebrand and website design. She listened to my ideas and has brought it to life better than I could ever have imagined. We worked together with Simon to bring the brand to life and her magic has elevated me to the next level. Which is exactly what she does best at Next Level Woman. Her skills are off the scale and I couldn't have done this without her attention to detail, creativity and passion.

Kim has completely blown me away. I hired her to create one logo for me and I loved it so much she basically ended up creating me an entire brand suite for my new subscription service. I'm a copywriter, so I'm the words girl, and finding designs that match my energy, personality and vibe is tough (I'm no designer). But Kim nailed it first try! OBSESSED!

Having met Kim at a networking event, it was very apparent that she was a pro at what she did. Which is why when I needed support with marketing & branded content that would showcase my business in-person, she was my first choice. Kim took time to ask questions about my business, typical customers and what I wanted to achieve. She worked with me to help me show up authentically and in line with my values, which was so important. The marketing assets that were generated as a result of her consulting are still in use today - creating a memorable impact as part of my brand strategy. Aside from this work, I was delighted to sponsor one of Kim's events. The evening was not like your typical 'networking' - and came with education, useful information and plenty of craic too. The room was warm and welcoming; filled with amazing women and no cliques - something you don't always get at networking events. As a sponsor, I got great value and ROI from her event, aswell as being featured in her program and on lanyards. I enjoyed it so much, I've already booked on as a participant for other events this year (and I travel from Ireland for these get togethers!) - a testament in itself! If you're looking for innovative marketing services for your business, or just want to be part of something that isn't your typical networking event for women - Kim is your contact to go to.

We worked with Kim Antrobus from Next Level Woman as a brand representative for our business, Refined Marketing - and she was amazing! Kim attended networking events on our behalf, delivered great 60-second pitches, captured loads of content, and passed it to us to use on our socials. It was a huge help in boosting our brand awareness, especially when we didn't have time to attend events ourselves. She's well-known and well-liked in the networking space - full of positive energy, authentic, smart, and just someone people naturally connect with. That really helped people buy into our brand too. Kim went above and beyond - she found events we hadn't heard of, kept everything organised, clearly shared her weekly schedule, and made the whole process super easy. Most importantly, it never felt transactional. She really cares about what she does. We highly recommend Next Level Woman to any business looking to grow their presence and connect with the right people. Thanks again, Kim!

Your burning questions

Got questions? Good.

I know I need help with my marketing, but I don't actually know what I need. Is that a problem?

Not at all. In fact, that's often exactly where I come in. You might know that your marketing feels inconsistent, you're not getting enough enquiries, your website isn't pulling its weight or you're spending far too much time trying to work out what to do next.

We'll look at what's working, what's missing and where the biggest opportunities are - then focus on the things that will actually move the needle.

Can't I just do my own marketing?

Of course you can! You can also learn SEO, build funnels, write email sequences, create content, manage a CRM and redesign your own website.

The better question is whether that's where your time and energy are best spent. You started your business to do the thing you're brilliant at - not to accidentally become its part-time marketing department.

What if I've worked with marketers before and it didn't feel like me?

Then you'll probably understand why I don't believe in one-size-fits-all marketing; the very essence of being human is that we are all different and like different things.

Good marketing should connect with your ideal clients, communicate what makes you different and still feel natural enough for you to sustain. I won't force you into tactics that make you cringe every time you use them. If it gives you the ick, it probably needs binning!

Do I need ongoing support, or would a one-off project be enough?

It depends on what's actually holding you back. Sometimes you need clarity and a stronger strategy. Sometimes you need help with a specific project, like your website, brand, customer journey or email marketing. And sometimes the bigger issue is that nobody is really steering the marketing.

We'll work out what level of support makes sense for where your business is now.

Will you take over my marketing, or do I still need to be involved?

You'll still be involved where your knowledge, voice and decisions matter. But you shouldn't have to carry every marketing decision, task and idea around in your head.

Depending on how we work together, I can support with strategy, planning, implementation, creative work and systems - taking more of the marketing load off your shoulders while keeping you involved where it counts.

What will actually change if we work together?

The aim isn't just to make your marketing look prettier. It's to make your business easier for the right people to understand, remember, trust and choose.

That could mean clearer positioning, stronger visibility, more consistent marketing, a better customer journey and more enquiries from the people you actually want to work with. And ideally, far less time spent wondering what the hell you're supposed to be doing next!

Is my business big enough for this kind of support?

You don't need a huge team or massive turnover. Fractional support can make a lot of sense when your business is already established, but your marketing is inconsistent, reactive or still heavily dependent on you.

If you're at the point where growth is starting to demand more structure and direction, that's usually a pretty good sign!

What if I'm not ready to outsource everything yet?

You don't have to! We can start with the biggest gap, bottleneck or opportunity and build from there. You might need strategy first, help with one specific area or a clearer plan before you commit to anything bigger.

Good support should make your business feel lighter and clearer - not like you've just created another massive project to manage!
